Vadim Putyato

Vadim Putyato

Vadim is from Ukraine and lives in Kiev originally from Dobropillia he worked in the mines from 2004. He started making flutes as a hobby in 2010. They were ordinary flutes, later he started carving wood to decorate the flutes. because he could no longer work in the mines due to health reasons making flutes and working with wood became his profession. When he just started working with wood a customer sent him a branch of a thousand year old oak and he carved a staff for him from it. He has made many things including runes for fortune telling, wands, axes etc.

That he is not only a flute maker but also a woodcarver can be seen in his beautifully crafted flutes, both the totem and the end of the flute. He makes flutes with an eagle, dragon, fox and a black bear. I chose the bear and there are also decorations on the flute. The contact with him was very good, mainly via personal messages in Messenger, when I was unable to pay via Western Union, he helped very well. The flute was well packaged and has a beautiful clear sound and blows lightly, it is heavy in comparison to the cedar flutes but not too heavy. Definitely an asset to my collection!

The Ash tree

The Ash is a fast-growing (30–60 cm per year) tree that can reach a height of 40 m. The Ash (Fraxinus) has a rich symbolism and spiritual significance in both European and Native American traditions. Here are some insights specifically focused on the Ash: Spiritual Properties The Ash is often seen as a symbol of connection and balance. In many cultures, the tree represents the bridge between heaven and earth, with its deep roots in the ground and its branches reaching toward the heavens. Legends and Myths In some Native American traditions, the Ash is associated with healing and protection. The leaves and bark of the Ash were sometimes used in rituals to ward off negative energies and restore harmony.

Native American Uses The ash tree was valued for its strong wood, which was used to make tools, canoes, and arrow shafts. Spiritually, the tree was also respected as a source of strength and stability. Symbolism The ash tree is often seen as a tree of wisdom and growth. In some stories, the ash tree is said to convey messages from the spirit world through the rustling of its leaves.

Both the leaves and the bark are used in natural medicine. The leaves of the ash contain substances such as flavonoids and tannins, which can reduce inflammation.

 The Song of the Sage
Spring opens its arms and whispers through the leaves of the sage in my garden. The sounds are captured and woven into a symphony, harmoniously mixed with the clear, tones of the F-bear flute, made by Vadim Putyato. Together they form a dialogue between nature and man, a tribute to the renewing power of the season. The deep, warm bass notes give the whole a solid foundation, as if the earth itself is singing along, determined and powerful. Every sound, every tone, a step in the dance of new life. At the beginning and end the thunder drum sounds and the bear lets itself be heard, awakening from its winter sleep
